Working with us is seamless, professional, and enjoyable. We provide direction when needed while allowing space for natural moments, creating a comfortable environment that results in polished, authentic imagery.

Clients are welcome to bring one guest for support. To maintain a professional and focused environment, guests must remain non-participatory and may not interfere with any portion of the session. For safety and quality control, small children and pets are not permitted in the studio.

All sessions are subject to audio and video recording for safety, security, and quality assurance purposes. By attending your session, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded.

Session time is reserved in advance and billed accordingly. Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready to begin. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time, and sessions will conclude at the scheduled end time to respect all bookings.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice and are subject to availability. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session and any payments made.

Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought into the studio.

Any damage to studio equipment, furnishings, or property caused by a client or their guest will be subject to a replacement or repair fee at a fair and reasonable value.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Hingham Photo retains the right to use images from sessions for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes. Clients may request a privacy option in advance.

Final edited images will be delivered within the communicated timeframe. Raw/unedited images are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.
